You may pay with cash in the local currency, credit card (Visa, Master, Maestro), and American Express. In some of our hotels we also accept payment with holiday tickets. For further information, please contact the hotel directly.

A deposit of 50% of the total package, a valid credit card, or a deposit via bank-transfer is required to confirm your reservation.  

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the necessary amount on your bank card as a guarantee.

Reservations with no deposits are cancelled without any further notice 7 days prior to arrival. Further details to be shared in the offer/confirmation.

We gladly provide a 5% discount for our guests who are booking more than 21 nights of stay in Piešťany, Smrdáky or Mariánské Lázně, more than 14 nights of stay in Budapest, Hévíz, Sárvár or Sovata, and a 10% discount for our guests who are booking more than 28 nights of stay in Piešťany or Smrdáky, or more than 21 nights of stay in Budapest, Hévíz, Sárvár or Sovata.

Please check directly with the selected hotel. Some of our hotels are contracted by the local NHS.

In order to prescribe the correct treatments, a medical check-up and examination by our doctor is obligatory in each of our hotels. It is usually conducted at the beginning of your stay. But if you do have prior medical examinations, it is good to have the results with you.

Child up to 3,99 years of age, has FREE stay, when accompanied by two fully paying.

Child from 4 to 11,99 years of age, pays the price of a bed / extra bed according to the price list. Decisive is the age of the child on the day of arrival. 

50% discount for children from 4 to 11,99 years old on half board and full board.

Small dog: 18 EUR per night

A dog is not allowed into the restaurant, medical department and other common guest areas of hotels of the company Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně - Marienbad Kur & Spa Hotels.

Hotel Centrální Lázně – 14 per day / limited availability / from 5 nights 10,-Eur per day

Parking reservation required in advance.

The local spa tax is 50,-Kč/2 Eur per person per night and has to be paid at arrival. People younger than 18 years old, the blind, registered disabled people and their assistants are exempt from paying the spa tax.

Check-in to the room and beginning of services at 2:00 p.m. on the arrival day, check-out and end of services at 11:00 a.m. on the departure day.

Storage facilities for your luggage are available at the reception.

If you wish to check-in early or check-out late, an additional fee will be charged: 70 EUR for a five-star hotel stay, 50 EUR for a four-star hotel stay, 30 EUR for a three-star hotel stay.

Please note that no treatments are available for pregnant women as this may be a contraindication.
