I have been working with Ensana company since 2010. I started at hotel Butterfly as a waitress. After three years, I took over the F&B department as a F&B manager where I worked successfully until 2019, when the hotel was shut down due to Covid epidemic.
During this period I had a chance to attend several courses and re-training programs. Later on I was transferred to hotel Centrální Lázně, where I was in charge of the F&B department for about two years.
I joined the company as a nurse in April 2006. In February 2011 I was promoted on the position of a station nurse in hotel Hvězda. in September 2016, I was transferred to hotel Centrální Lázně, where I have been working until now.
During my career in Ensana, I have attended numerous courses, seminars and congresses where I have gained new experience and learnt about new methods, which I can put into practice. The company also allows me to improve in English.
I have started to work with Ensana in 2012 as a junior chef. Via courses aimed in cold cuisine, regional and international cuisine I have got to the career program for manager talents, which I completed in 2018. After gaining some experience, the real challenge came in June 2022, promotion to Executive Chef at hotel Centrální Lázně.

Viktória has been with the company for 9 years as an HR Generalist. Before this, she worked for 2 years for a temporary-employment agency. As a generalist, she is responsible for the selection of staff and supporting their integration among many other tasks. She is in charge of the daily HR cases of our hotels in Hévíz and Sárvár. In addition to her degree in economics, she is also a qualified accountant and a payroll and social security administrator. She is a real dog lover.
Andrea joined the company in 2022. She started her career in the banking sector and then tried her hand at entrepreneurship. In 2010 she graduated in HR and in 2016 she started working as an HR person. She moved from the commercial sector to the hotel industry. Currently she is HR Generalist at Grand Margaret Island hotel. Andi loves arts and beautiful objects and she completed furniture and carpet appraiser course out of self-interest.

Originally from London with a wealth of excellent customer service experiences to be able to work in the hotel has given me a sense of achievement like no other job role has done before.
