Find your stay
Each Ensana destination has its own clinical focus. Mariánské Lázně is known for urological, musculoskeletal and metabolic care and its natural CO₂ springs. Piešťany is a world-renowned rheumatology and rehabilitation spa built on sulphur mud and thermal water. Smrdáky specialises in dermatology with some of Europe's strongest H₂S sulphur baths, and Sovata supports skin and women's health at its warm salt lakes.
Go straight to the care you need: musculoskeletal & spine, urology, skin conditions or gynaecology & women's health. Each category page lists the conditions we treat, the destinations that treat them and the treatments involved.
Frequently asked
The essentials before you plan a medical spa stay with Ensana.
You arrive, meet a resident spa physician who reviews your health history, and receive a personalised programme of balneotherapy, physiotherapy and natural-resource treatments over your stay.
For a self-pay medical stay you do not need a referral. Where a national health fund reimburses treatment, local referral rules may apply — our coordinator can explain what applies to you.
Each destination has a clinical focus — for example rheumatology and post-op recovery at Piešťany, or skin therapy at Smrdáky and Sovata. Our medical coordinator matches your diagnosis to the right resort.
Our physicians typically recommend a two-to-three-week balneological course (around 14–21 days) for a lasting effect, though shorter introductory stays are available.
